Possible problem with the website chat console?

Just a short note, recently a handful of users have mentioned having difficulties connecting to the chat room via the website's Java console at chat.socialdeviancy.com. Based on the vague mentions that have reached my ears, I'm unable to find out what the problem, if in fact there is one, may be. So I'll ask that if anybody finds themselves unable to connect to the chat channel via the website console, please use the website's Contact Form and report the bug properly, including what date/time it occurred, and exactly what error message or output you got from the console when you tried to connect. Hopefully with this information I can isolate and rectify the bug. Thanks.
